Following three items are performed for the purpose of collecting and summarizing the information of Aizu traditional ingredients:

  1. Research and analysis on the information of functional components related to health maintenance and promotion, and verification test of functional components
  2. Acquisition of information on traditional processing and cooking methods for Aizu ingredients, and development of new processing and cooking methods
  3. Exclusive acquisition of supplementary information of Aizu ingredients (history, types, characteristics, taste, flavor, place of origin, cultivation method, etc.)
